Placing an order

Is there a minimum order value?

No, There is no minimum order value.

How do I know that my order is completed?

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after completing the order process.
After despatching your order, you will receive email confirmation with tracking number from revelant courier company to follow your delivery


How do you take payment for my order?

You can pay on our website using your credit / debit card, PayPal or apple pay. Payment is taken at the time you place the order (final step at the checkout)

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We are currently despatching orders on Mondays and Thursdays.
If your order is placed between Monday – Wednesday it will be despatched on following Thursday,
if you however placed your order between Thursday-Sunday we will despatch it on following Monday.


Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order but must give a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to closest despatch day. 
You can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service Team by email –

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

How do I change my order?

To add additional items to your order you can place another one, or alternatively contact us by email.

To remove items from your order you will need to contact us. 

Can I give you a different delivery address?

Of course. You can do this during the ordering process, under "Add different shipping address".

I can't find my confirmation email, what do I do?

First check your spam and junk mail for an e-mail from us. If you still can't find it you can contact us directly on

I have received the wrong product or order is missing

Good and efficient logistic services can also make mistakes. If products are missing, or you have received the wrong products, please let us know via contact us page and send us your query, alternatively you can email us directly on so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

My order was damaged

If your package is damaged, i.e. the packaging is open or torn, please go to contact us page and send us your query; we will help you as quickly as possible.

If I am unhappy with my order or the quality of a product, how do I raise a complaint?

Please contact our Customer Service Team by email – 
You may be required to send a picture of the product if your complaint relates to the product quality.

Any complaints must be made on the day of receiving the goods in order to receive a credit. 
Complaints made after this will be reviewed but might not be able to be refunded.


If a product is out of stock, when will I be notified that it will not be included with my order?

In the current climate we anticipate there will be some product shortages. We aim to inform you of any shortages by email as soon as possible.  



How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE Deliveries to most of the areas in the UK, If you purchase more than one product you will benefit from discount reduced in your cart.

We are unable to offer delivery service to areas below:

  • Northern Ireland (BT)

  • Outer Hebrides (HS)

  • Isle of Man (IM) & Isle of Weight

  • Shetland Islands (ZE)

  • Inverness (IV)

  • Kirkwall (KW)

We do not offer shipping outside of the UK 

Can I choose the day and time of my delivery?

At the moment you are not able to select preferred delivery day, however you will be able to choose different delivery options that might get your order delivered quicker.

All orders are delivered Monday – Saturday, between 8am – 6pm.


Do I have to be at home to receive my delivery?

We use Evri Standard & Parcelforce 48 shipping services for all UK Orders.

Average delivery time is 3 working days, however time might vary depend on delivery area.
Delivery should take up to 5 days.
Couriers are instructed to leave your parcel in a safe place or with your neighbour if you are not at home.


What packaging will my order be delivered in?

Reducing carbon footprint is an important part of our mission, and we are using cardboard boxes or fully recycled bags to deliver your order. 

Do you do Nationwide Shipping?
We have recently started to offer deliveries to all areas in UK, however due to restrictions from the courier companies we cooperating with, there are some places we cannot deliver to

  • Northern Ireland (BT)

Is it possible to collect my order?

We are currently not offering order collection.
